1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GSASERBuilder website and services ("GSASERBuilder", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or adding funds to a Builder Balance, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may refer to "you" as the customer, account holder, or user. Please read these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your records.

GSASERBuilder.com is a service operated by Asia Virtual Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Asia Virtual Solutions has served the GSA SER and automated SEO community since 2012. GSASERBuilder is independent and is NOT owned or managed by GSA Software mbH (the makers of GSA Search Engine Ranker).

2. What the Service Does

GSASERBuilder builds complete, ready-to-restore projects for GSA Search Engine Ranker (GSA SER). Each project is delivered as a .ser restore file. You download the file, right-click inside your own copy of GSA SER, restore the project, review it, and deploy it when you are ready.

GSA Search Engine Ranker itself is NOT included with our service. You need your own licensed copy of GSA SER to use the files we build.

• A project may include: unique articles, email accounts, relevant scraped images, embedded GSA linking tokens, anchor-text groups, completed content and data fields, platform selections, filters and project settings, and the final .ser file.
• Depending on your order, it may also include additional URLs, YouTube links, image URLs, HTML banners, or social profiles.
• Quantities depend on the number of tiers you choose: 1 tier = 50 unique articles + 50 email accounts; 2 tiers = 100 + 100; 3 tiers = 150 + 150; 5 tiers = 250 + 250.
• Articles are genuinely unique. They are NOT spun content.

3. Accounts

To use the service you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Please tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, are used for prohibited activity, or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

4. Pricing and Payment

You can pay in two ways: buy a single project directly, or add funds to your "Builder Balance" and pay for projects from that balance. Larger top-ups may include a bonus, as shown at the time of purchase.

Current pricing (subject to change):

• Standard content (cost-effective GPT-4-class engine): 1 tier $9.95, 2 tiers $17.95, 3 tiers $24.95, 5 tiers $40.50.
• Premium content (Claude Sonnet engine, for greater depth and refinement): 1 tier $19.95, 2 tiers $34.95, 3 tiers $49.95, 5 tiers $80.00.
• Prices start from $9.95. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Builder Balance funds do not expire, subject to these Terms.
• Payment is processed through our payment provider. You must have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

5. Delivery

Orders are processed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis and are completed within 24 hours of a valid order.

Many orders are ready within about 30 minutes to 3 hours, but this is NOT guaranteed and depends on the current queue and order complexity. We do not promise any faster delivery time, including any "1-hour" delivery.

Delivery is made by providing the completed .ser restore file and any related project assets for you to download.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service and the files we deliver only for lawful purposes and in line with any acceptable-use rules published on our website. You are responsible for how you use GSA Search Engine Ranker and any projects you deploy.

We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order if we reasonably believe it involves illegal content, prohibited niches, or any use that breaks these Terms or applicable law.

7. Content, AI, and No Performance Guarantees

Written content may be produced using artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Standard content uses a cost-effective GPT-4-class engine, which is a good fit for supporting tiers and general campaigns. Premium content uses a Claude Sonnet engine for greater depth and refinement, which is best suited to important Tier 1 content.

For availability, resilience, and compatibility, we may use approved fallback engines (for example DeepSeek Pro, or others through OpenRouter). The specific AI models named here may change over time and are not permanent commitments.

You are responsible for reviewing all delivered content before you deploy it. We recommend you check that it fits your campaign and meets your own standards.

• We do NOT guarantee any search engine rankings.
• We do NOT guarantee indexing of any pages, links, or content.
• We do NOT guarantee any number of backlinks, or any specific SEO outcome or result.
• Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own settings, targets, GSA SER configuration, and changes made by search engines.

8. Independence and Affiliate Disclosure

Independence: GSASERBuilder is an independent service. It is NOT owned, managed, endorsed, or sponsored by GSA Software mbH. "GSA Search Engine Ranker" and "GSA SER" are used only to describe compatibility with that software.

Affiliate disclosure: Some links on our website may be affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you buy a product or service through them, at no extra cost to you. This does not change the price you pay. We only reference tools and services we consider relevant to our audience.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GSASERBuilder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost rankings, lost traffic, lost data, or any penalty or action taken against your website by a search engine or third party.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific order that the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

We recommend you review this page from time to time so you stay informed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the courts located in the State of New Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
