Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for orders placed on GSASERBuilder. Please read it before you buy. When you place an order or add funds to your Builder Balance, you agree to this policy together with our Terms.

GSASERBuilder builds complete, ready-to-restore projects for GSA Search Engine Ranker (GSA SER), delivered as a downloadable .ser restore file. Because these are custom digital products, refunds are handled with care and are reviewed one order at a time.

How Refunds Are Handled

Refunds are not automatic. Every refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by an admin before any money is returned.

We look at the details of each order fairly. If a request qualifies under this policy, we approve it. If it does not, we will explain why.

Orders We Cannot Complete

If an order genuinely cannot be completed on our side, you will not be left out of pocket. In that case we refund the amount you paid for that order.

• The refund is returned to your original payment method, or credited to your Builder Balance, whichever you prefer or whichever is practical.
• If the order was paid from your Builder Balance, the amount is returned to your Builder Balance as credit.
• We will contact you to confirm the outcome and the refund method.

Builder Balance Credit for Failed Orders

You can pay for a project directly, or add funds to a Builder Balance and pay from that balance. If an order paid from your Builder Balance fails and cannot be completed, the amount for that order is put back into your Builder Balance as credit.

Builder Balance credit can then be used for future orders. Purchased funds do not expire, subject to our Terms. Any bonus amounts added during a top-up promotion are treated as described in the Terms.

Delivered Projects and Change of Mind

Our projects are digital products that are custom-built for your order. Once a project has been built and delivered to you, we generally cannot offer a refund simply because you changed your mind, no longer need it, or ordered the wrong option.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Where the law requires us to give a refund, we will follow the law.

No Refunds Based on SEO Results

GSASERBuilder builds the project files and content you order. We do not control how you deploy them, how search engines respond, or how your wider SEO campaign performs.

We do not guarantee search rankings, indexing, backlink counts, or any specific SEO outcome. For this reason, refunds are not tied to results. A request for a refund because rankings, indexing, or traffic did not improve will not qualify under this policy.

What Is Not Refundable

• Change-of-mind requests for projects that have already been built and delivered, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Requests based on SEO performance, rankings, indexing, or backlink results.
• Losses caused by how the delivered files were used, edited, or deployed in GSA SER after delivery.
• Issues caused by not having your own working copy of GSA Search Engine Ranker, which is not included and is required to restore and run the project.

GSASERBuilder is created by the team behind Asia Virtual Solutions, which has served GSA SER and automated SEO users since 2012. GSASERBuilder is an independent service. It is not owned, operated, or managed by GSA Software mbH, the maker of GSA Search Engine Ranker.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Company information is set out in our Terms & Conditions. If there is any conflict between this Refund Policy and our Terms, the Terms apply. We may update this policy from time to time, and the current version on this page applies to new orders.
