Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") explains how you may and may not use GSASERBuilder and the projects we build for you. It applies to every order you place, every Builder Balance you fund, and every use of the .ser restore files and other materials we deliver.

By placing an order or using our service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use GSASERBuilder. We may update this Policy from time to time, and the version shown on this page is the one that applies.

Please note: GSASERBuilder is an independent service. We are not owned or managed by GSA Software mbH, the makers of GSA Search Engine Ranker. GSA Search Engine Ranker is separate software that you must own and run yourself.

What GSASERBuilder Provides

GSASERBuilder builds complete, ready-to-restore projects for GSA Search Engine Ranker (GSA SER). We deliver each project as a .ser restore file that you download, restore inside your own copy of GSA SER, review, and deploy.

We provide the building blocks of a project (such as unique articles, email accounts, scraped images, anchor-text groups, and project settings). We do not run your campaigns for you, and we do not control where or how you use what we deliver. That responsibility is yours.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use GSASERBuilder, our projects, or anything we deliver in connection with any of the following. This list gives clear examples but is not complete; anything similar in nature is also prohibited.

• Illegal content or illegal activity of any kind, including content that breaks the laws that apply to you or to your target sites.
• Malware, phishing, or targeting sites set up to spread viruses, steal data, or trick people (for example, fake login pages or scam pages).
• Any content that involves minors in a sexual, exploitative, or otherwise harmful way. We have zero tolerance for this and will report it where the law requires.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes or incites violence against any person or group.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive schemes, counterfeit goods, or any attempt to mislead people for financial or other gain.
• Spam that breaks the law, including messaging or link activity that violates anti-spam rules, platform rules, or other applicable laws.
• Promoting content that is illegal to promote in your country or the country of your target audience.

Your Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for your campaigns, your target websites, the links you build, and how you use every project we deliver. This includes making sure your use is legal in your own country and in any country where your campaign or target sites operate.

• You confirm that you have the right to promote the websites, pages, and content you send us or target.
• You are responsible for reviewing every delivered project before you deploy it, and for the results of deploying it.
• You must comply with all local laws, data protection rules, and the rules of any third-party websites or platforms you interact with.
• You must comply with the correct use of GSA Search Engine Ranker and its own terms, and with the terms of any proxies, services, or platforms you use alongside it.

GSA SER Usage and Third-Party Rules

GSA Search Engine Ranker is a separate product that you own and operate. We do not supply it, and we are not connected to the company that makes it.

You are responsible for using GSA SER within its own license and terms, and for any settings, filters, or targets you choose when you run it. We provide project files and settings as a starting point; the choice to deploy them, and how you deploy them, is yours.

No Guarantee of Results

We build your project with care, but we do not and cannot guarantee search engine rankings, indexing, backlink counts, or any specific SEO outcome. Search engines and third-party websites are outside our control.

Nothing on our website or in any message from us should be read as a promise of rankings, traffic, or results.

Refusing or Cancelling Orders

We may refuse, pause, or cancel any order that we reasonably believe breaks this Policy, is unlawful, or could cause harm. We may do this before or after work has started.

Where an order is cancelled because it breaches this Policy, any refund will be handled in line with our Terms and Refund Policy. We may also decline future orders from anyone who repeatedly or seriously breaks this Policy.

Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is using GSASERBuilder in a way that breaks this Policy, please tell us. We take reports seriously and will review them.

Company Background and Governing Law

GSASERBuilder is created by the team behind Asia Virtual Solutions, who have served GSA SER users and automated SEO since 2012. GSASERBuilder is an independent service and is not owned or managed by GSA Software mbH.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and forms part of our wider Terms of Service. Where this Policy and our Terms overlap, they should be read together. If any part of this Policy is found to be invalid, the rest continues to apply.
