• Payment information: when you buy a project or top up your Builder Balance, your card payment is handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We keep basic records of your transactions (such as amount, date, and status) and your Builder Balance.
• Contact messages: any information you send us through our website contact form or via Telegram, so we can reply and provide support.
• Technical information: basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working correctly.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information for clear, limited purposes:

• To create your account and let you log in securely.
• To build, process, and deliver your GSA SER restore (.ser) projects.
• To take payment and manage your Builder Balance, including bonuses and refunds where they apply.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To send you important service messages about your account or orders (for example, an order-ready notice).

• AI content providers: to build your unique articles, we send your campaign details (such as keywords and topic) to AI language model providers. Depending on your chosen quality level and availability, this may include providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or others accessed through routing services like OpenRouter.
• Email delivery: we use an email service provider to send account and order-related emails.
• Hosting and infrastructure: our website and data are hosted with reputable hosting and cloud providers.
• Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
